and laws say they can only be pre-described under certain circumstances. the interesting thing about this, how much of it is the patient's responsibility. because sometimes patients lie, patients steal prescription pads, sometimes it's their responsibility and the doctors and the pharmacists are just unknowing accomplices. is this the responsibility of people who are helping them or hanging themselves. >> you're talking, naming those drugs, according to authorities, he got a prescription for oxycontin, vicodin, valium, why would somebody be using all those drugs? aren't those all pain killers? >> the valium is not, that's an anti-anxiety medications. someo said, i have the worst headache, the worst back pain, neck pain of my life, they know exactly what to say to get the right thing from the doctors. my patients, the addicts are a little smarter than that. they know most doctors kind of pick up on that. they figure out who the guys are that are very liberal with their prescribing habits and those are the doctors my patients go to
