communication is like. facebook, twitter, cell phones, it's been very difficult to reach people. >> it has. it's improved to a degree. the christian science monitor is reporting the internet is back up. our people have been saying that it is, too. facebook seems to be back up for most of egypt. a weeklong blackout if you are wanting to post your status update in egypt. the overall point for every p - protester who might be throwing a rock or a molotov cocktail, there are thousands just waiting for some stability to come back to the region. how long they're going to wait for that is anyone's guess. the chaos you are seeing in the daily lives of regular egyptians isn't going to change anytime soon particularly while the security vacuum is in place. the military not going to get involved and the police, the hated police nowhere to be seen. they're not likely to come back. if they came badge on the streets, it would be get worse.
