we surveyed hundreds of people who potentially be our customers and that really drove the design. the suitcase has a hard shell, really durable zippers, perfect wheels. and the phone charger and the carry on. >> we've had so many failures with the way we've underanticipated our growth potential and we're completely out of inventory. le early on we didn't have a totally dialed interview process. the we ended up bringing a few people on the team who weren't the right fit. >> we have built something and are now responsible for all of these people's livelihoods. that kind of responsibility is really overwhelming at times but also what inspires us to keep the company growing.
