trial judge and post trial motions. there is appellate courts and courts of habeas corpus and the media and then congress. the decision not to charge someone does not carry with it the same corresponding layers of review. but in some instances it's every bit as important to understand why they didn't do something and why prosecutors did not do something. i'm not interested in relitig e relitigating the fbi's decision not to charge secretary clinton. that decision is made and explaineded and i'm not interested in relitigating it. i'm interested in reviewing with respect to the department of justice. there was a time when my colleagues on the other side of the aisle were interested in having these questions answered as well. it wasn't a year ago that some of my democratic friends wanted jim comey investigated and prosecuted for a violation 12
