investigation. >> total split between the republicans and democrats on the house intelligence committee. ma manu, thanks very much. let's get analysis. gloria borger is with us, evan perez as well. gloria, maybe we shouldn't be all that surprised, but usually there's a history of some bipartisan cooperation from the house intelligence committee. >> look, first of all there's no history of any cooperation on this committee. it is broken down on partisan lines. what you see coming out of the republicans is partisan report that could have been written from donald trump's tweets, period. no evidence of collusion. they do agree with the intelligence community's assessment, most of it, except the part that said that russia intended to just help trump. they're saying, you know, that russia intended just to confuse people and mess up the election effectively, but didn't put his thumb on side of donald trump or hillary clinton.
