journalists who have been allied, secretly or openly, with various political figures. at the dawn of time, alexander hamilton used to write anonymous editorials praising himself and so on. in modern journalism, this is something that you don't see. you don't see this kind of just kind of political log rolling of this sort. again, in an organization that presents itself, that wants to be seen as a "we report, you decide" news organization. it wants to have it both ways, being grouped with everybody else when convenient and then having this sort of side branch of the white house press office. and i think that may be becoming commercially beneficial to them but unsustainable for everybody else who is not on the team. >> i was at fox when george w. bush was president. and i don't ever remember there ever being such an alignment between the white house, it's almost like hannity is working
