president loudly accuse democrats of voter fraud, multiple races in 2018, even in 2016. do they need to take a look in the mirror? >> well, i mean, yes but not necessarily just because of this. i think what we're seeing in michigan and wisconsin in particular is an outgrowth of the widespread belief in the republican party that are democratic political victories simply aren't legitimate. they believe that democrats cheat or that the constituencies that support democrats are not legitimate constituencies because they're manipulated. you know, you frequently hear republicans talk about black democrats being on a, quote unquote, plantation. this sort of retro active little justifies attempts to disenfranchise them in their minds. and in north carolina, we're seeing an extreme case where a lot of elderly black democratic leaning voters were targeted essentially so their votes would be destroyed. and i think the only way you can engage -- that's obviously very
