he's not the guy you would think would become the figure of the resistance to the so-called elites that working americans, particularly men, latch onto. and yet there's very little question if you look at exit polling from the 2016 election that's exactly what he did. he convinced a good number of people, largely white men but also women, noncollege educated that he was their voice when honestly you could walk out on the street here in washington or in new york and almost certainly find someone who is closer to their socioeconomic background, their educational background, et cetera, et cetera, than donald trump. >> yeah. well, what are you saying? that most working class people don't have gold toilets? i mean come on. >> part of this -- if i can pop in here, was that donald trump convinced republicans that he would make them rich.
