so i don't think it's my responsibility to tell him that. i think it's more alice's are sponsibility to pull him aside. maybe he needs to pull her aside and that on its face, having these birther comments on oits face is racist and you have to be willing to acknowledge that and move forward so that we don't have to be drug down in these moments that drive people crazy. >> i think we are having this conversation the right way because i said it last night just because you do something racist doesn't mean the whole of you is racist. but sometimes you're just racist. the birther thing did not help and sometimes when you do stupid and silly things, it kind of shows who you are. i thunk that's a conversation i would loveb to have with him and lin. >> and don't invalidate people
