disintegrating because he was trying to kill himself. >>greg: i am not sure lewis carol would appreciate this analogy. is it appropriate? >>guest: baez has a very, very, very difficult case and his job is just to raise reasonable doubt. and he has done this with a couple on the jury. a couple of them will not like the fact that the prosecution has not proved how kay low died and that is important. that could be a hold out. and that is what baez was doing in the case. i don't think there is a criminal against attorney that will tell you that casey will be acquitted of any of the charges but i will tell you a lot of them that believe baez is searching for the one or two hold out. ashton did a great job in getting a reality check but baez was effective in looking for the one or two punch knock out and getting the one he needs to hang the case.
