quit smoking and see your doctor. >> these are some of the top 5 new year's resolutions anyone has and i threw in a couple of my favorites that i want people to have as well. of course, exercise more and lose weight, it's something we all want to do and i say that's a good thing. we know obesity is an epidemic, this is the time to make new changes, this is wonderful time for that. small changes i think can make a big difference. heather: okay. >> sometimes we go to new year, i will go to the jim every day and not eat anything unhealthy, it's not that we can't do that, small changes can make a big difference, start by walking more, start by getting treadmill when you're watching favorite show, cutting out a little bit of fattening foods just to start with the lose-weight exercise. heather: sometimes you try to do all or nothing you get disappointed quickly. i will run marathon tomorrow and when you can't do it, okay, forget it. [laughter] heather: give up on it.
