on on the senate side. they need to get this over there as quickly as possible. i kind of think this is almost a marker. >> i spoke with a senior administration official this morning who previewed some of the white house plan to put public pressure on some of these republicans who are not on board yet by, for example, putting people out on talk radio for some of these disabilities for freedom caucus members. is that going to work? is the message going to go right to the constituents to put pressure on the congress? >> i think it's going to work. if they can sell this as a johnson union -- genuine repeal replace. i'm 90% happy with what's in this bill. we don't have it all because of the rules of the senate but i like a lot of it. i think the president, the vice president and the house has to sell 90% now and we'll get you the other 10% later.
