we're facing that issue as well on st. croix. as the mayor of san juan says, this is going to be months of utility out of power. on the entire virgin islands. small pockets with utility. more importantly, the thing i'm really worried about, is while fema, the federal government, has been great in the response, they've been on the ground. they're supportive of us, to ensure that congress and the federal government supports us when it comes to the rebuilding effort. we've been woefully neglected in the past are and the personnel, to ensure not only included in relief but post-fema. fema post-recovery in terms of building, support in legislation giving tax credits to developers, that treats us fairly in terms of the amount of percentage in which we receive transportation infrastructure funding so we can do this rebuilding. >> i hope that the rebuilding ends up with safer structures and resilient structures that allow the virgin islands to come
