is a package presented to state prosecutors to handle manafort and to cohen in the event of the president pardons on federal charge. number two, i would be angry. and thinking about whether the president's pardon powers has a limit. and if he is actually witness tampering, actually trying to witness a pardon to prevent someone from cooperating, i would be looking at every angle. even if it is another notch in a report for articles of impeachment. it looks really bad. i also think there is a narrow window for the president to do this because we have the second trial coming up, the foreign agent trial is going to be ugly. this is juicy stuff. this is going to talk about manafort as a foreign agent and the realization is going to sink in to the american people that the guy running the campaign was
