i would imagine that fema will get the authorization from the president at the request of governor scott to begin the assistance. that's where people can register with fema. primarily for people underinsured or didn't have insurance. there's going to be a lot of folks in this part of the state. a lot of these folks have been lifetime residents. fema will support the initial help. this means we'll have to dig deep to the charitable organizations like red cross and salvation army and a will tlot other groups. they will be doing a lot of heavy lifting as well. >> we're looking at panama city. the drone video we have seen before. you ever standing water in the background. you have free standing structure in the fore ground with a tree through it. then a lot of single and double wides. very modest homes.
