audio Inset: DCI James Senior of Thames Valley Police ALMOST 20 people on Oxford police's most wanted list have been arrested in a week-long blitz. Among the 18 arrested by officers this month were wanted on suspicion of stalking, robbery and assault. Det Ch Insp James Senior of Oxford CID, who led the operation, said officers had managed to find a number of suspected domestic abusers. Asked what the operation meant for abusers and victims, the senior detective told the Oxford Mail: “For perpetrators, clearly, if you’re the type of person who’s willing to commit these types of violent acts or be abusive financially or emotionally then there is a very good chance we will come into contact and we will take every action available to us to arrest you. We will take positive action.
