Disneyland & Other California Theme Parks May Open Sooner Than Expected Share Disneyland & Other California Theme Parks May Open Sooner Than Expected California legislators are introducing a new bill that will allow theme parks to open earlier than what Governor Gavin Newsom has planned. Disneyland and other California theme parks might be able to open sooner than originally expected. Disneyland, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Sea World, and other parks have been shut down for nearly a year now because of the public health crisis. The Disneyland parking lot is now offering vaccines to residents 65-years old and up, which many believe has been a great benefit to the community. However, the park might be able to finally open its doors again in the near future.
