PRESIDENT Ferdinand Marcos Jr. witnessed the signing of an agreement between Astranis Space Technologies and Orbits Corp. on the sidelines of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco, California, to create the Philippines' first-ever internet satellite.
