NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — As New York State began to relax COVID-19 restrictions on Wednesday, French restaurateur Daniel Boulud held a ribbon cutting ceremony to open his new restaurant next to Grand Central.
Mayor Bill de Blasio was in attendance for the ceremony to open Le Pavillon at One Vanderbilt, and said it is a sign the city is coming back.
