Kiwi children’s picture book illustrator Nikki Slade Robinson was thrilled to learn one of her titles has been given a royal reading by the Duchess of York.
Slade Robinson contributed the illustrations for
Hedgehog Heart, which was this week selected by Sarah Ferguson to read aloud on her YouTube series
Story time with Fergie and Friends.

“I did know it had got the royal seal of approval,” Slade Robinson said from her home in Opotiki.
