James Beard Foundation names top 2023 U.S. restaurants

The James Beard Foundation Awards — the Super Bowl of restaurants, the Olympics of chefs — just announced their semifinalist nods, and South Florida notched 14 nominations. Five came from Broward and Palm Beach counties.
