The Nashville office of real estate services and investment firm Orlando-based Foundry Commercial has announced that John Mudgett has been hired as a senior vice president. According to a release, Mudgett will primarily focus on office leasing in the greater Tennessee region, serving as a representative for both landlords and tenants. Mudgett recently relocated to Nashville from California, where he started his commercial real estate career in 2006. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Mudgett worked in West Los Angeles and focused primarily on office agency leasing. He later moved to Sacramento, where he created an investment fund focused on distressed real estate development projects, before eventually joining a firm that concentrated on urban core leasing and investment sales opportunities.
