But even as a forecast winter storm threatens to dump up to nine inches of snow on the festivities, restaurant owners say they still have high hopes for the day. Casey Dohne, owner of The Blind Rhino in South Norwalk and Bridgeport, said he’s worried about the snow, but has also taken “the most pre-orders we’ve ever had.”
