If you see someone on the side of the street in a Homeless Encampment that is experiencing a drug overdoes. Narcan is available over the counter. It is free at participating pharmacies and even a Vending Machine in new york city where you can get it. More planned. San francisco also a blue city, they are attempting to go after the root cause.
