364 Views Funko Europe was named Licensee of the Year at the 2021 Licensing International France Awards last week, where the pop culture specialist brushed shoulders with some of the toy and entertainment space’s biggest names, including LEGO and Warner Bros. Consumer Products. The annual event was held virtually as it brought together some 250 industry executives from France and around the world to celebrate some of the biggest licensing partnerships across Europe this past year. Funko took home the Licensee of the Year award as Licensing International France celebrated the company’s portfolio of work across the region that currently spans over 1,000 licences. It follows a successful year for Funko across France, now the second biggest European market for the firm.
