GOP Calls for Investigation into Democrats' Capitol Riot 'Re

Democrats made allegations about Republicans being involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach
Republicans have called for an investigation into Democrats who promoted false conspiracy theories about GOP lawmakers being involved in the breach of the Capitol building on January 6.
On Tuesday, House Republicans filed an ethics complaint against Democrats who alleged that GOP members gave
"reconnaissance" tours to constituents ahead of the Capitol breach.
The GOP letter to the Committee on Ethics points out that the Democratic members presented no evidence to back their claims.
Republicans argue that House rules prohibit a member
"from making false, spurious, and unsubstantiated accusations against other Members."
