Gusty conditions prompt high wind warning for Carson City, L

A fast moving weather system will move across northern Nevada and the Sierra on Friday into Saturday, bringing gusty winds, prompting wind warnings and advisories for the region. The weather system will also bring periods of mountain snow and mainly light valley rain, according to the National Weather Service.
