Dec 22, 2020 Despite a year of closures and cancellations, Madison County, and the cities of Richmond and Berea, have continued to make great strides to their infrastructure and business development in their respective areas. This is the top five story of 2020. City of Richmond For the city of Richmond, Mayor Robert Blythe and City Manager Rob Minerich said they have a lot to be proud of in 2020. The first, was the completion of Water Street, which is one project Minerich said he is happy to have completed, as it was a priority identified on the commission's to-do list after their election in 2018.
