How a developed Elephant Lot and the Grand Prix can coexist

City officials have expressed interest in developing the Elephant Lot, which could bring a new hotel other attractions to the Downtown waterfront and also affect the Grand Prix's route. An eight-year-old conceptual design shows how it could work.
