But even though he qualified for the ballot in a dozen states, he failed to make any discernible impact on the race, garnering just 0.04% of votes nationally. West’s 66,636 total votes, according to an NBC News tally on Dec 10, placed him behind six other candidates, including President-Elect Joe Biden, incumbent president Donald Trump, Libertarian Jo Jorgensen (1.2% total vote), the Green Party’s Howie Hawkins (0.3%), Alliance Party candidate Rocky De La Fuente (0.1%), and Party for Socialism and Liberation candidate Gloria La Riva (0.1%).
