surgery. and you said we had insurance and she's not in the computer. the insurance company had nothing on her. did you feel like they treated you with the kind of respect and did they care? >> i didn't get no kind of letters or apologies or anything. no i'm sorry, our system is not working yet. and only thing they said to us, was that maybe the insurance company hadn't uploaded it yet. >> robert, your wife was fighting cancer of the brain, how much was it in a toil not only the ailment but the system she trusted and betrayed her trust? >> the stress and the toll it put on her was terrible.
