>> hands get chapped up there. rick reichmuth knows a thing. >> followed by the end of winter dry for a long time. >> thanks. >> i could use that. they still have more snow there today. hard to imagine but we still have more snow across parts of new england. very heavy rain across parts of the ohio valley. this is areas that saw two feet of snow in one snow tropical storm alone this winter. very heavy rain. some spots over five inches. a lot of flooding yesterday. still flooding in rivers take a little while for river levels to go down. be very very careful out there this morning. the rain has moved to the south and we are going to watch this front sag down to the south and it stalls out here. repeated chances of rain the next couple of days. today probably your best day there and in towards the northeast, take a look at that that's that snow i was talking about. watch this one system get out of here today. the next little system bringing more snow overnight tonight and into tomorrow
