political hey? >>guest: i decided i would spend time in march in chicago and st. paul because there are stark contrasts between where we are headed with new majorities in the state assembly and senate, and this accelerates that process. we got calls from employers and we will seek out employers out there to do more than appear on tv and we will reach out because we are cutting tax on businesses and cutting our regulation and litigation costs, we are actually proposing incentive allowing businesses like those down in chicago or rockford or others to come up and have two year represident obama from corporate taxes as a way to bring jobs to the state. >>neil: any takers on that? >>guest: i proposed it on monday. i was sworn in on the 3ed and that is one of many proposals we put in place to attract more jobs in the state and with something like that more job created from outside the state. it is enticing.
