militarize this response to terror or do you basically heighten your policing? you basically -- the techniques you would use to go after these people in a much narrower way? >> well, before 9/11, that's what we were doing. we were, you know, approaching this with a police thing. they had the original bombers of the -- the original bombers of the world trade center on trial here in new york, mary jo white, the federal prosecutor, was prosecuting them. the fbi was overinvestigating and treating it as law comfort matter and, of course, after 9/11, thousands of people dead, it became a different story. but it's unfortunate because i think they should be treating it as -- personally, i think they should be treating it, all of it as a law enforcement issue. furthermore, it's nice to see
