"Vermin", a horror film about killer spiders invading a run-down apartment block, has become the first hit of the year in France. The risk of a backlash is no reason to give up, said Saby, with "Vermin" up for two Cesar awards and well on its way to being the most successful French horror flick in nearly 25 years.
