She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Howard Weiss, and three children, Wendy Weiss Lee, Michael Weiss (Kim Brown) and Nancee Weiss Siebert (Jeff Siebert). Phyllis was a beloved mother, devoted sister, loving grandmother, doting great-grandmother and loving mother-in-law.
