Conquest today closed the final tranche of the financing involving the placement of 2,325,000 shares at a subscription price of $0.20 per share, to raise gross proceeds of $465,000. Total proceeds raised in the financing was $850,000. The gross proceeds of the flow through share financing will be used to incur qualifying "Canadian exploration expenses", within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada), for drilling and other exploration programs at the Company's Golden Rose and Belfast Project properties in Ontario.
