According to the listing, held by Jennifer Akbari of Compass, the charming estate, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood, is going for $6.995 million. While it's not clear why the couple has decided to sell, they did welcome their first child, Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita, last July and may be looking for a more family-oriented house (as you might recall, Baby Beckett's cheery gender-neutral nursery in the house was designed by none other than Breegan Jane).
