According to XDA Developers' latest report, the tech giant manufacturer first unveiled its Intel Iris Xe MAX discrete GPU, together with its 11th-gen Tiger Lake processors, for thin and light laptops. The latest GPU offered significant improvements compared to the Iris Xe-LP integrated GPU. And now, Intel has now unveiled the Intel Xe MAX discrete GPU for desktops to take thins a step further. Intel stated that the new cards offer three display outputs capable of hardware video decode, encode acceleration, and 4K output. Aside from these features, the new GPU would also have Adaptive Sync, Display HDR support, and AV1 decode support.
