(LEX 18) â A Franklin Circuit judge has granted a temporary injunction to stop the implementation of three bills that would limit Gov. Andy Beshear's COVID-19 powers. Franklin Circuit Court Judge Phillip Shepherd has temporarily blocked three new laws - HB 1, SB 1, SB 2 - which limited Gov. Andy Beshear's emergency powers. This means all of Gov. Andy Beshear's coronavirus orders will stay in effect for now. https://t.co/9qkoyybRve— Karolina Buczek (@Karolina_Buczek) March 3, 2021
