A federal judge ruled Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert was allowed to block people on her personal Twitter and not her official government account, the Associated Press reported.
Former state Rep. Bri Buentello sued Boebert when she was blocked from Boebert's personal account claiming it was a violation of free speech rights. U.S. District Court Judge Daniel D. Domenico said it did not violate those rights because she was not blocked from Boebert's official government account
