Judge to hear more on Arizona election audit challenge, doubts voter privacy (KYMA, KECY/ AP News) - A Maricopa County Judge will continue to hear the challenge against the Republican-led 2020 election audit on Wednesday after saying he is not convinced that voter secrecy is being upheld. Last week, Arizona Senate Republicans led a subpoena of 2020 election material for audit as they continue to try and prove a miscount of ballots from the 2020 Presidential election. As ballot recounting continues at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Judge Daniel Martin declined to extend a previous judge's order until he hears more on Wednesday. “I will share with you all, I am not yet persuaded that there has been a showing that the rights of the voters in Maricopa County are being protected,” Martin said.
