The 19-year-old model beamed as she was joined by her precious pooch Milo and actor boyfriend Jacob Elordi on a coffee run in Santa Monica on Tuesday morning. 
The two seemed to be enjoying each other's company as they walked to their car together while the 23-year-old Australian The Kissing Booth star carried the dog.
