And in the north bay firefighters have contained the Mountain Meadows fire it started yesterday afternoon near Mountain Meadows drive, it burned 5050 acres 30 homes were evacuated though so far no reports of any didnt damage or injuries. Detectives say 6 yearold jace young was hit by a stray bullet as he watched fireworks with his family and friends in the Bayview Police chief bill scott called the killing an acceptable and now is asking anyone with any information to come forward. Over to the east bay this morning Walnut Creek Police are looking for a man they want in connection with an attempted him a homicide. Shooting happened last night near the intersection of homestead avenue and ignacio valley road. The Victim Told Police that he was stopped in his car when a man walked toward him with a handgun and fired several shots. The victim is in stable condition this morning at the Hospital Police are looking for a man around 25 years old about 5 foot 5. They say hadash had short hair and a mustache.
