Hundreds of people showed up for receiving Covid vaccine in vaccination centres in the capital and elsewhere while about two lakh doses were administered across the country on Saturday.
Long queues were seen in several major vaccination centres, including Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Shaheed Suhrawardi Medical College Hospital, where people of different age groups, mostly above 35 years, gathered for vaccine.
