The California developer of several large North Texas residential communities has been acquired by an international real estate conglomerate.
Newland Group is building the 3,000-home Grove community on Custer Road in Frisco and the 600-home Hollyhock development in Frisco. It also is developing the Canyon Falls community near Flower Mound.
Newland Group has a track record that includes more than 140 real estate projects in 13 states.
