(Chester County District Attorney's Office ) WEST CHESTER, PA — A man who provided management services to homeowners associations in three states has admitted he embezzled $1.8 million from his clients by making unauthorized transfers of money. William C. Huyler III, 41, of East Marlborough Township, pleaded guilty to 53 felonies connected to approximately $1.8 million he misappropriated from eight homeowners associations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office. The affected homeowners' associations were in East Goshen, Uwchlan, Upper Merion, and West Norriton townships in Pennsylvania, and in Marlton, NJ and Kent County, Del.
