The New Jersey Tree Recovery Campaign is distributing tree seedlings throughout the state. The Manchester giveaway will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Manchester Town Hall, 1 Colonial Dr. The campaign is distributing seedlings to replace trees damaged or destroyed during Superstorm Sandy. Coronavirus safety guidelines will be followed, so everyone must wear a mask to receive seedlings, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
