“我的客户有感染（新冠）的，有一个还去世了，他有5个柜子的货在我这边。他2019年初付定金订了货，然后接连经历中国疫情封锁、印度疫情、欧美疫情，中间一直没付尾款。2020年年底，他告诉我得了新冠，今年他儿子告诉我他去世了。”范志鹏说，由于担心卖不出去，这名印度客户的儿子最后决定宁愿损失定金，也不要这批货了。

人造石更甚。他介绍，2018年前后，由于中国人造石在性能、环保、价格方面都很好，美国大量采购，“占到其市场供应的95%，造成美国本地造石厂做不了，于是他们开始‘反倾销’，说我们垄断，关税从20%跳升到100%，过了几个月，又提升到200%，中国人造石协会到WTO投诉，无效，现在关税高达400%以上。”

黄泽良介绍，疫情之前，在美国施压下，中国跨境电商企业在印度几乎“全军覆灭”。因为印度政府从上而下打压，中国跨境货物到了印度无法按时清关，还要缴纳高额关税，不少在印度耕耘多年的中国电商企业被迫退出。跟去年广泛被报道的抖音等互联网公司相比，跨境电商涉及的产业链长，牵连物流、国内工厂、印度运营等多方面，均受冲击。另外印度对中国投资的打压，也严重影响了市场的信心。
