MM 5.3: Maryland track and field had record performances at Jesse Owens Invitational

The Maryland Outdoor track and field team set new records at the Jesse Owens Invitational hosted by the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Senior Bria Mack’s time of 11.60 seconds for the 100m dash in the finals moved her up to No. 4 all-time in program history.
Freshman Jeff Kline earned a new personal record with 18.58m in the shot put open championships and moved up to being No. 4 all-time.
Freshman Hayden Tobias set a personal record and climbed to No. 8 all-time in Maryland history with 17.82m in the shot put. He also set a personal record in men’s discus throw with 48.47m.
